CHANGE MY LIFE- EASY TOP 10 WAYS TO JUMP START CHANGE


We've all been there, life is going through one of those blah times, or worse yet, it is spiraling downward and you feel helpless and don't know how to stop it or change it. Well rest assured doing the same thing over again and expecting different results is not going to bring about the change you have been hoping for.


We look around and see that everyone else has a productive life that is moving along smoothly and it seems like we are the only one that is stuck and miserable. We are the only ones who continue to try, but fail, who have dreams that just don't come true.


As we know, many rich, “successful” people are downright miserable. Celebrities  with all the money, all the fame, and  brilliant careers who have died of drug overdose or suicide are classic examples of rich, and seemingly successful people being miserable, despite having friends, money, the life style and material things.


Many seemingly happy people have difficult lives and just don't reveal the turmoil swirling just below the surface. But then, there are the people who are fairly peaceful no matter what, who seem content even when life is not easy, who can take things in stride. What secret do they have that the rest of us don't?


Here are the top 10 ways to jump start change in your life:


1. Read a self help book / or audio book on how to solve your biggest problem.

2. Take time for yourself and get connected to yourself - check out some meditations.

3. Listen to some motivational speakers on you tube.

4. Try to improve the way you are eating and take some vitamins. (Try Red Tea Detox)

5. Make a conscious effort to exercise more than you previously were.

6. Connect with a friend you haven't talked to in while.

7. Take care of yourself. (get a massage, or pedicure etc)

8. Write down some new goals and steps you can take toward them.

9. Change negative thought patterns & work to eliminate them. (Use Manifesting)

10. Have a conversation with God, or source or your higher power. (Find Your True Calling)


We must take responsibility for our own happiness and life. We can't hope for a better life, but do nothing to work toward it. If we have issues we must make our own effort to get the help we need to overcome our issues. If we blame our parents, our siblings, or circumstances, our employer or anyone else for our misery then we are completely off track and need to make a change. 

If you follow these steps and really commit to making a change you will notice suddenly life will seem less blah and hopeless, even if your circumstances haven't yet changed. You will be more motivated when you wake up in the morning and you will even start looking forward to what you can do with your day. Why? Because you are doing something positive to change and you have restored hope for your future rather than be stuck and helpless. An effort on your part is a catalyst for improvement. Your mindset will be more positive because you are making an effort to improve your life.
